Parent access: invitations and linked children

Parent/guardian access is invitation-only. There is no open sign-up that grants access to school or child records.

Step by step

1. Ask the school to confirm which personal email address should receive your invitation.
2. Only act on an invitation you expected from a known school. If it looks suspicious, contact the school through a known channel before using it.
3. Use your personal parent identity, not a professional staff account. If another school has already invited you, the intended model is one personal parent account with separately approved organisations.
4. Check which organisation and children the school intends to link. Report missing or incorrect relationships to that school; do not attempt to access another pupil.
5. If an invitation is missing, expired or sent to the wrong address, ask the school administrator to review it. Do not share an invitation link with someone else.

Expected outcome

You and the school know which personal identity and child relationships need approval.
